The intranet is everyone’s project, but often those responsible for the project unintentionally adopt a style that reflects the approach of their own department. This leads to the creation of, for example, “HR-style”, “IT-style” or “Operation-style” intranets. There is only one way to understand and resolve these cognitive distortions: putting colleagues at the centre of the project and starting from what they need.
