Usability tests are a powerful tool to evaluate project choices in terms of information architecture, interaction flows and page information structure. It is essential that intranets undergo usability tests that involve employees, in order to understand if the system meets their needs. But how should intranet planning be carried out and when? What roles should participants assume? How should results be communicated? We will answer these and other questions with examples from study cases and videos of real sessions.
