Stefano started working as editorial graphic designer in 1988 and was involved in graphic design and editorial project development until he “met” the web in 1998.

In 2004, he founded usertest/lab, a company that specialises in human-centred research and planning of user experience and service design. Stefano teaches at RUFA - Rome University of Fine Arts and at IULM and is a conference speaker – Italian Information Architecture Summit, World Usability Day, ABI Dimensione Cliente – and founded UXUniversity, a start-up for vocational training. He is also a member of UXPA and AIAP.
