Riccardo Moreschi is an Experience Designer, he has an Economics Degree, a Graphic Designer Diploma and 18 years of professional experience in digital products and services for companies in the insurance, telco, finance, retail, e-commerce and public sectors. He has worked as an employee, entrepreneur and consultant for small companies, start-ups, universities and multinationals.

He does not believe in creative people but in creativity as a profession that belongs to everyone.

Riccardo is an illustrator, sketchnoter and passionate about music. As Head of User Experience Design at Ariadne Digital he coordinates the internal team, holds Workshops and Design Sprints and is in charge of optimizing work processes between designers and developers.
