She has been involved in communication and digital projects for the Municipality of Bologna since 2008.

Since 2013, working as an Intranet Manager, she has focused on initiatives that support, involve and put colleagues at ease with IoNoi, the new intranet platform. She is a Public communications expert and has designed digital content and containers in collaboration with the users, focusing specifically on language.

Melania is a digital humanist. She has mixed her passion for philosophy with a deep curiosity for the web, new technologies and people with the aim of attaining the most appropriate solution, improving the services offered and increasing user involvement. She is mother of a little girl who puts her soft skills to the test every day. She has a past as a football player and she really likes snowboarding. She loves classical music and rock.
