And even to better manage an intranet project we must learn to measure it over time and to evaluate its effects on people and organization.

In this workshop we will understand what are the main indicators of an intranet project and how to be able to use them to measure their success on the basis of the objectives we have set.

We will examine the quantitative and qualitative indicators, the direct and the indirect ones and we will understand how to use them according to our specific project.
