Cristiano started his career as Information Architect and later UX Designer and UX & Service Designer. He works as a consultant for many companies, including ENEL, ENI, Ferrovie dello Stato, Finmeccanica, Fastweb, Ferrari, Honda Italia, Banca d'Italia and CREDEM. He specialised in company intranets and immediately acknowledged the fact that listening to what users need and getting them involved is the first step. He started studying and practising facilitation around Europe and introducing it in many of the companies mentioned above. He is inspired by Art of Hosting, Theory U, Improvisation and Deep Listening. He started the first Italian Master Degree in UX & Service Design at Sapienza University of Rome.
